Sá Machado boasts internal production areas dedicated to the widest range of construction areas, such as: a carpenter’s shop, saw-mill, blacksmith’s, cement artefacts and ready-mixed concrete.

These units started production only to supply the company’s own construction work, but as time went by, and as automation and modernisation of the equipment increased, these sections also began to produce for the outside. Even at that time, the possibility of exporting the finished product to other countries was analysed.
